User Portal

The Ironton Global hosted PBX user portal was crafted as a dashboard to assist business customers in controlling all aspects of his or her own SIP based phone. Each phone extension is 100% individually configurable allowing each user to control their incoming calls, unified messaging, voice mail, conference, fax and call treatment settings per their specifications 24/7/365, anywhere, anytime. After logging into the user portal, a dashboard displays all recent inbound and outbound call activity where “click to dial” features can be activated for point and click call back automation. Some companies may choose to limit permissions and restrict users from changing advanced settings such as call recording, auto attendant activation, on hold music and various other functionality. We provide complete flexibility to every business customer so they may activate functionality that best suits their own business environment.
