The Ironton Global hosted PBX user portal was crafted as a dashboard to assist business customers in controlling all aspects of his or her own SIP based phone. Each phone extension is 100% individually configurable allowing each user to control their incoming calls, unified messaging, voice mail, conference, fax and call treatment settings per their specifications 24/7/365, anywhere, anytime. After logging into the user portal, a dashboard displays all recent inbound and outbound call activity where “click to dial” features can be activated for point and click call back automation.
